Feedlance — PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy is designed to inform you about our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information that you may provide while using FEEDLANCE mobile application. By using FEEDLANCE mobile application, you agree to the processing and use of your data in accordance with this Policy.
Collection and use of personal data upon registration and usage of the FEEDLANCE mobile application, we collect data types: name, email address, phone number, location, for the purpose of: providing services, processing orders, providing customer support, marketing messages and research, communication with users, improving the operation of the mobile application, collecting statistical data).
Personal data collected by the mobile application may be transferred to third parties under non-disclosure condition for the purpose of data processing and analytical research, or according to local legislation, at the request of state bodies. Personal data collected by the mobile application cannot be transferred by the administrator to any third parties unconditionally.
The administrator of the mobile application takes all measures available to him to protect personal data of users from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification or destruction. The administrator is not responsible for saving data in case of force majeure. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, fire, flood, hostilities, declared or undeclared war, hostilities, revolutions, natural disasters, explosions, strikes, embargoes, sanctions, acts of government, acts of terrorism, changes in legislation, and other circumstances that do not depend on the administrator and prevent the operation of the mobile application.
Users have the right to (access to the personal data, correction of their personal data, deletion of their personal data upon request to the administrator's address, refusal to receive advertising materials). To exercise their rights, users can contact the administrator of the mobile application using email address [email protected].
The administrator of the mobile application can make changes to this Policy. Changes to the Policy are published in the mobile application and come into effect from the moment the changes are made, unless otherwise provided by these changes.

This Privacy Policy was developed taking into account the requirements of the Law of Estonia and other applicable legislative and regulatory acts.
